Colleen Carter, Co-Founder
Colleen has over 18 years of experience as a museum, event and informal science education professional. Colleen has defined her career by developing partnerships that allow visitors and students of all ages to experience science first hand. As a lead member of a management team that facilitated access to an extensive multidisciplinary teaching collection, she has worked to enhance temporary exhibitions and offsite events to deepen visitor experience and engagement. Colleen has helped plan and deliver experiences, conferences and events of all sizes in an effort to build relationships with all community stakeholders and to support access to non-traditional demographics. Colleen is also a passionate advocate for student and intern experiences and mentoring.
Carrie Steele, Co-Founder
Carrie has over 18 years of experience in the government, non-profit and corporate finance sectors. She has planned and executed small and large scale events for high-profile clients across the country, often requiring the highest level of respect and discretion. Over the years, Carrie has built trusted relationships with business, government and community leaders and has mastered the art of remote work. In her spare time, Carrie enjoys traveling, camping and sailing. She is also passionate about animals and is especially supportive of rescue organizations.
